Friends of Quebec, do you remember this song from a Michel Tremblay musical from the 70's?
It's on my mind more and more as the countdown has already begun for our presence at the National Women's show on May 13-14-15 at the Palais de Congrès of Montréal.
I don't dare to count the days, this event seems so huge to me, and yet, most of our organization is done. We have our booth plan, all the exhibition material, chocolate in our toolbox, our portfolios are ready for printing.... Our reproductions are even already packed and patiently waiting for the departure.
It's reassuring to see that the bulk of the work is already done, but the stress is starting to show. The small details to be put in place seem like mountains, I feel like we won't make it. And yet, yet! When something seems like a mountain to me, in the end it's nothing at all. Moreover, Brigitte and I are so excited to be there, to meet all of you, beautiful people who will come to the show, to see your eyes filled with wonder in front of our products.
It will be so easy to explain, to show the difference between our 2 printing supports, white aluminum and acrylic. We are looking forward to making connections, communicating heart to heart with you who will linger at our booth.
Until my fake mountain fades away, I will play the song Demain matin Montréal m'attend, its catchy rhythm and the sweet memories attached to it are enough to make me dance.
