My art being figurative, I like to personify a concept or an idea with a figure or a human face. Apparently, silence has nothing to do with earth, with matter; but if we listened more to the silence, it would surely whisper to us a magnificent song: an atavistic song, which comes from afar, directly from the voice of the cosmos.

All the steps in creating a painting are exciting to me. I usually start by setting up my palette and laying out my tools; then I put in the first splashes of color as I enter my creative bubble. Normally, I start with colors and then add lines to get to the interpretation of the human figure.
