''Sentinelles'' is a diptych of two round canvases, each 50 cm in diameter.
 
It depicts two saimiris in their natural environment, moving between trees in search of food. The green of the foliage contrasts with the azure blue of the sky. This diptych is a representation of the gregarious life of these little monkeys. Each occupies a position, surveying the surroundings for food sources. The composition of the painting shows the surveillance of these two individuals, their fluid movements and the role they play in their community. Sentinels" is a work that captures both the movement and the sense of gregarious life of animals in their natural environment.
